FOCUS ON FAMILY
The project ‘Famiglia Forte’ (A strong family) aims to develop a network of innovative services tackling the raising phenomenon of family hardship in young age in the Social District (ATS) 8 (Senigallia) and 9 (Vallesina) in the Marche Region (Italy).The project supports the empowerment of families and community for addressing this challenge.The project is funded by the Cariverona Foundation (2018-2019).
TARGET GROUP
Frail older people living at home and their families.
OBJECTIVES
To improve autonomy and well-being of older people at home and to support family carers.
RESULTS
To provide home, ambulatory and training services, as well as interventions for social inclusion, in an integrated and effective way.
